This self rating application includes Prior Acts if you provide a copy of your expiring policy Declarations page otherwise retro date is inception.

If you are a Fitness Instructor you can purchase the broadest and most affordable “Occurence Form “ coverage in Canada.

 Our comprehensive policy includes:

$2,000,000 General Liabilty including
Occurence Form – $1,000 Deduct
Professional Liability Included
Injury to Participants Included
Tenants Legal Liability $2,000,000 included
Portable coverage anywhere in Canada (ie in any studio, home, church, etc)
No exclusion for children unless Aerial, Pole Fitness etc.

Option 2:

For Fitness Instructors looking for a comprehensive policy to cover additional modalities for complimentary health therapies can apply for a “Claim Made Form” Professional Liability policy.

Limits available up to $5,000,000 Per claim / $5,000,000 annual aggregate all claims

Health Therapies application:

   

Coverage is exclusively available only through Holman Insurance Brokers Ltd. and is effected with certain Underwriters at Lloyd’s, London, England.

Please review our list of therapies on the application that we are able to cover. Even if your therapy is not listed, we still may be able to provide coverage for you. Unlike many other programs there is no limit to the number of therapies or modalities that we can insure on one single policy.
